Meeting Summary

Schedule new meetings

March 26 and April 2 timing TBD based on feedback at public meeting

New Business

Connection rates and mandating connections

1.     We have consolidated the paper surveys and the online surveys are consolidated.  From these, short term and long term connection favorability seems to be about 60%, with about 24 out of 70 property owners providing input

2.     An “idea” about mandating connections has taken form based on inputs from Ira Grossman and discussions in the capital committee.  We do not believe mandated connections makes sense given what we know.
