Ongoing Deliverables
Review of model status:
Financial inputs have been received today from Lorraine Leonard and will be incorporated. Engineering inputs will start to be available next week. Carrie is tracking a list of open items, some of which were resolved in discussion in this meeting.
GPR contract for evaluating municipal buildings:
No update
Norfolk Ram contract status: Norfolk Ram will review their engineering figure updates at our meeting of November 15
TCSAG Work Process Validation
Chris reviewed Tim’s original flow of the work for the project and we determined that we are following a similar path and have covered most of the work required.
Surveys
We discussed the importance of reviewing the data with the people in the district and getting their input prior to visiting the selectmen.

¨ Chris – drive engineering cost updates to closure including incorporation in the model
¨ Joe – send Carrie St. Theresa’s seat capacity
¨ Joe – validate water usage numbers and the “L” category in the data
¨ Chris – meet with water commissioner (s) regarding 1) capacity of water source and 2) any inputs on water quality
