Review of model status:
There are outstanding inputs to the model – focus over the next two weeks should be to drive these to closure
GPR contract for evaluating municipal buildings:
No update
Norfolk Ram contract status: A meeting will be set up to review the costs and answer questions – date still unknown
TCSAG Work Timeline
The inputs to the model including engineering costs and financial assumptions are currently on the critical path. The longer we wait to get these the more pressured we will be in pulling together a recommendation.

¨ Carrie to schedule four meetings in the evenings – Thursdays at 7:30 PM Nov 13, Nov 20, Dec 4, and Dec 11
¨ Carrie – nail down financial and taxpayer inputs with Lorraine
¨ Chris – drive engineering cost updates to closure including incorporation in the model
¨ Joe – send Carrie St. Theresa’s seat capacity
¨ Joe – verify current owners on the model (Carrie send Joe the model)
