Discussions and Actions
l Debbie Ricci reviewed the current correspondence with the committee.
l FinCom approved a reserve Fund Transfer in the amount of $500.00 to account #01543-54500 requested by the Department of Veterans' Services (6-0-0)
l The committee reviewed the revised FinCom calendar for meeting with Department heads and the BOS and School Committee.
l Tim Bragan clarified some general budget process questions raised by the committee.. Corrected budgets will be presented, the Tri-board meetings will be chaired by Debbie Ricci, updated- roll up of Recap to match warrants.
l The BOS with Fire Chief and Police Chief will be available for questions with the FinCom on Jan. 16th meeting.
l Lorraine Leonard will verify the annualized salaries Fy 08 and FY 09.
l Currently there are 3 small Warrant Articles
1. Town Employee Health Insurance offset from Stabilization Fund
2. GASB45 Evaluation
3. Digital Imaging services
l Steve Colwell expressed concern of a $50,000 projection from the Water Department in 2012.
l The committee reviewed the Library's proposed budget and made a list of clarifying questions to forward to the department before meeting with them in the future.
l The committee reviewed the Schools' proposed budget and made a list of clarifying questions to forward to the department before meeting with them next Saturday.
l Meeting was adjourned at 12:20 pm. (4-0-0)
