l Town meeting came to order at 7:13 pm by Moderator Bob Eubanks
l Article 1-No Ambulance Billing Steve Beckman, Director of Harvard Ambulance Squad read the motion which was seconded. He read a statement in support this article.
Chairman,George McKenna stated the FinCom's non-support of this article. Discussion included pros and cons on this issue.
Motion does not pass by a vote of 71 for and 164 against
l Article 2 - Ambulance Billing -voted to pass over article 2.
l Article 3 - Increase Dog Licenses -Janet Valente, Town Clerk, read the motion, seconded. Janet Valente, read a statement in support of this article. Article passed by a majority.
l Article 4 - Town Hall Saturday Closures Lucy Wallace read the motion, seconded.

l Town meeting and FinCom meeting adjourned at 8:50
