Discussions and Actions
l Tim Bragan supplied updated documents to include the Schools waste water costs and the Plumbing Inspectors line item that had not been included in previous documents.
l Updating the Capital Plan, Tim Bragan reported the impact on the FY09 budget will depend on the timing of borrowing funds for the Building repairs bundle .
l The committee continued the discussion of the HES room fans and the letter from the Board of Health concerning this matter. The FinCom needs more hard data to determine a recommendation.
l The School Committee will vote next week to see if the renovations for two Bromfield classrooms will come from Deven's money.
l The Bromfield boiler can be bundled with the building repair projects.
l Small trucks can be bundled for funding, excluding the Fire Chief's vehicle.
l The current amount in the Stabilization Fund is $1,765,641.23
l The committee discussed strategy and agenda for the Tri-Board meeting on Saturday, Jan. 26th.
l The meeting adjourned at 9:07 pm
