Call to Order
Mr. Surface called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM.
The Boards listen to a presentation by project architect, Carl Franchesi of DRA, regarding the expanded feasibility study requested by the MSBA to include the 7th and 8th grades in the Penn Brook School Study.
After a lengthy Q & A and discussion Mr. Smith made a motion, which was seconded by Mr. Trapani that the Board of Selectmen supports as the Preferred Alternative Penn Brook School Project a new building, with a K through 6th grade configuration, and the building location on the wooded section of the Penn Brook School property, with consideration to the capital improvements recommended in the expanded feasibility study. Voted 3 ayes, 1 Nay. Motion approved.
Motion to adjorn by Smith, seconded by Trapani. Voted 4 ayes, 0 nay.
