Minutes
The meeting came to order at 5:45 P.M. with the following persons present:
Members: Robin O’Malley – chair, John Bonazoli - Clerk, Jim Lacey, Andy Belliveau, Reggie Tardif, Lisa Collin
Guests:
Mike Farrell – Acting Finance Director
Nick Cracknell – Planning Board
Minutes taken by John Bonazoli
Jim Lacey made a motion to accept Article 22 (ATM 10-22) and (ATM 10-23) of the town warrant. The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed with a vote of 7-0.
Mike Farrell discussed the warrant articles regarding capital purchases. He stated that the articles may be past over due to the lack of the CIP Board.
The board assigned reading of articles and notification of board votes for the town warrant articles
Jim Lacey made a motion to accept the minutes from March 30, 2010 and April 13, 2010 as written. The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed with a vote of 7-0.
Jim Lacey made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed with a vote of 7-0.
The meeting adjourned at 6:31 P.M.
