Minutes
The meeting came to order at 7:07 P.M. with the following persons present:
Members: Robin O’Malley – chair, Jim Lacey – vice chair, Lisa Bartlett-Collin, Mary-Beth Foster, Reggie Tardif
Members not present: John Bonazoli – Clerk, Andy Belliveau
Guests: Mike Farrell – Interim Town Administrator; Carol Jacobs – Superintendent; Terry Wiggin – School Dept; Dave Bjork and Anne Donohue – School Committee, Gary fowler, David Surface, Phil Trapani – Board of Selectmen; Pam Lundquist – resident; Courtney Nguyen – Daily News

Robin reminded everyone of the Unsung Hero Award. Deadline for submissions is March 31, 2010.
Town Meeting Date: talks of it changing to June, but Board of Selectmen will decide next week at their meeting.
Budget: The school department and school committee presented their budget to us.
Reserve Fund Transfers:
- Jim Lacey made a motion to transfer $2,000 from the reserve fund to election expense, account 11621 for unanticipated election expenses. Mary-Beth Foster seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
- Jim Lacey made a motion to transfer $25,000 from the reserve fund to town counsel expense, account 11511 for unanticipated legal expenses. Reggie Tardif seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
Storm update: Mike informed us that the storm in the end of February cost us about $30,000 in payroll expenses.
Next Meeting will be March 23, 2010
Reg Tardif made a motion to adjourn. Jim Lacey seconded the motion and the motion carried 6-0.
