The meeting came to order at 7:08 P.M. with the following persons present:

Budget presentations
- Planning board presented the board’s plans and budget
- Conservation Committee presented proposed budget
- Zoning Board of Appeal presented the proposed budget
Mike Farrell presented a request for transfer from the Reserve Fund
- Jim Lacey made a motion to transfer $10,075 from the Reserve Fund to the Unemployment Insurance Line 19131 for unanticipated insurance claims.
- The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardiff. The motion carried with a vote of 6-0.
Jim Lacy made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardiff. The motion carried with a vote of 6-0.
