Date: 26-Oct-09 Meeting started at 6:05 PM town Hall 2nd floor meeting room
Attendance: Charles Waters (Chairman); Tim Gerraughty; Barbara Hart; Phil Trapani
Discussion took place on possible assets that could be acquired by trust.
- Planning Board – Affordable housing account - current balance $76,884.77
- Future Littles Hill payments of 9 lot (Building or Occupancy permits) @ $2,222.22 each.
- Possible Emma Harris Way contribution of 4% of sales price in the area of $250K
- CPA moneys now and in the future.
Action Items:
- Draft trust grant paperwork for both Planning Board and CPA
- List of Affordable housing (state list and other town properties that meet criteria but not on state list)
- Get Chas copy of the Housing by-law
- Get Chas copy of Emma Harris Way preliminary agreement
- Follow up with council regarding language and if there is a need of town meeting vote for transfer of funds.
Discussion on were our minutes would be stored (TG House hard copy - town web page in the future for electronic copies)
Votes:
- Approval of minute 7-Oct-09 as amended (Spell Nick correctly) TG Motion; CW 2nd. Vote 3-0-1 (PT abstained not in attendance that evening).
TG made motion for next meeting to be posted for 12/09/09 @ Town Hall BH second. Vote 4-0 in favor.
PT motion to adjourn TG second. Vote 4-0 in favor
