PUBLIC HEARINGS

Resolution #01-14this resolution concerns the Appropriations and Estimated R3evenues for Fiscal Year 2014.

Ordinance #01-14 – this ordinance concerns Chapter 160 of the Municipal Code, Fees.

Ordinance #02-14 – this ordinance concerns Chapter 160, Fee and increases the sewer rates per 100 cubic feet from $8.84 to $6.13.

COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC

Persons wishing to address the Council may speak for a maximum of three minutes.  No more than thirty minutes will be devoted to public commentary.

City Council to consider the minutes of the May 14, 2013 and the May 21, 2013 City Council Budget Workshop Meetings and the June 3, 2013 City Council Meeting.


School Board Report

City Council to consider approval of the School District’s Teacher Contract for one year.


City Council to consider the scheduling of a public hearing on Resolution #02-14 regarding  a supplemental appropriation for the Franklin School District for FY14.


City Council to consider approval of Resolution #01-14 regarding Appropriations and Estimated Revenues for Fiscal Year 2014.

City Council to consider approval of Ordinance #01-14 concerning Chapter 160, Fees of the Franklin Municipal Code.


City Council to consider Ordinance #02-14 concerning Chapter 160 Fees which would increase the sewer rate per 100 cubic feet from $5.84 to $6.13.


City Council to consider the purchase of water meters for Fiscal Year 2014.


City Council to consider granting pre-award authorization to the Municipal Services Director for the use of Barrie Miller’s Well and Pump Service  for the “Sanbornton Well Field Annual Well Development and Replacement Project” and for “Water Department Emergency Pump Repair and Well Repairs/Rehabilitation.”


City Council to hold discussion concerning petitions concerning the removal of two School Board members.
