2012 City Council Business

Public Hearing

Community Development Block Grant Project – Funds up to $500,000 annually is available on a competitive basis for economic development, public facility and housing projects, and up to $350,000 for emergency activities.  Up to $12,000 is available for feasibility study grants.  The two consecutive public hearings are to receive public comment.  


The City Council to consider the minutes of the December 3, 2012 City Council Meeting.

Public Comment


City Council to consider the scheduling of a public hearing on Ordinance #07-13 concerning Chapter 4, Administrative Code.


City Council to consider Resolution #06-13 supporting legislation to authorize restored funding to the State Aide Grant Program’s eligible projects.  


City Council to consider 2013 Contract between the City of Franklin and Jane Sanders Searches.


Discussion concerning ward lines and voting locations.
