The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 7:00PM on Tuesday, 12/17/2013, in the Town Offices Meeting Room Lower Level, 27 Main Street. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:
Announcements and Communications
Review of Minutes: 12/3, 12/4, and 12/10/2013
Unfinished Business: ZO proposals - agree on language suitable for public hearing re: agriculture, definitions, mobile homes, wetlands, shorelands, life safety and formatting for ZO.
New Business: review/discuss ZO Art. IV Signs
Adjourn: 8:30pm board will vote to continue discussion or adjourn.

- Note 1: This agenda supersedes any previously published agenda.
- Note 2: All Board meetings are open to the public, and you are encouraged to attend. However, unless a matter is the subject of a Public Hearing, discussion normally will be limited to Board members.
- Note 3: The Planning Board offices will be open 15 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting.
- Note 4: Once any matter has come before the Board, it will be continued to subsequent meetings until the issue is resolved.
