The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 6:30PM on Tuesday, 1/15/2013, in the Town Offices Meeting Room Lower Level, 27 Main Street. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:

Review of Minutes: December 4, 2012 and January 8 and 9, 2013
SWRPC: Steve Waleryszak, GIS Technician/Planner to discuss the Piscataquog River
mapping of impervious surfaces project. Brief presentation to give background and receive feedback from the Planning Board on a draft map.
Unfinished Business: 1) CMSR – brief discussion towards setting compliance hearing date; 2) brief discussion Inspector of Buildings and Approval of Building Plans section of the ZO 3) CIP – final discussion and recommendations
