The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 7:00PM on Tuesday, 1/7/2014, in the Town Offices Meeting Room Lower Level, 27 Main Street. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:
Announcements and Communications
Review of Minutes: 12/17/2013 – defer - follow CIP Bridge update
Unfinished Business: bridges update and possible CIP recommendations; decision re: Regional Planning Commission membership; ZO proposed changes
New Business:
Adjourn: 9:00pm if meeting has not concluded, Board will vote to continue or adjourn until 1/14/2014

- Note 1: This agenda supersedes any previously published agenda.
- Note 2: All Board meetings are open to the public, and you are encouraged to attend. However, unless a matter is the subject of a Public Hearing, discussion normally will be limited to Board members.
- Note 3: The Planning Board offices will be open 15 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting.
- Note 4: Once any matter has come before the Board, it will be continued to subsequent meetings until the issue is resolved.
