MEETING NOTICE
AGENDA – June 17th, 2014
The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, 6/17/14, in the Town Offices Meeting Room Lower Level, 27 Main Street. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:
Scenic Road Hearing:*
The Board will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on an application from Public Service of NH to conduct tree cutting on the 2nd NH Turnpike South, a designated scenic road. The applicant proposes to cut and/or remove the orange flagged trees that are located within the town right of way.
Application for Consolidation: Tax Map 5, lots 32, 32-1, 33 and 43:
The applicant, Francestown Land Trust, Inc., is proposing the consolidation (voluntary merger) of four unimproved lots of land located on Bullard Hill Road
Other New Business: Presentation of the Conservation plan – Betsy Hardwick

* SITE INSPECTION for Scenic Road Hearing: The Board will conduct a site inspection immediately prior to the hearing, meeting at 6:30 PM at the Francestown Town Hall.

- Note 4: Once any matter has come before the Board, it will be continued to subsequent meetings until the issue is resolved.
