The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 in the Town Office Building Meeting Room Lower Level, 27 Main Street. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:
Review of Minutes: Review of minutes of 7/18/17
SNHPC: Rebecca Harris will talk about Municipal Technical Assistance Grants
Master Plan Update: Detailed review of draft of the Land Use Chapter of the Master Plan
Zoning Ordinance & Regulation 2017 Updates: Discussion of what changes to tackle this year.
Announcements and Communications:
Other Business: as may legally come before the Board

- Note 2: All Board meetings are open to the public, and you are encouraged to attend. However, unless a matter is the subject of a Public Hearing, discussion normally will be limited to Board members.
- Note 3: The Planning Board offices will be open 15 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting.
- Note 4: Once any matter has come before the Board, it will be continued to subsequent meetings until the issue is resolved.
