Subject:	Order to authorize the Town Manager to execute a quit claim deed for parcel R04-028-017. A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes). ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary:	On November 26, 2008 a lien certificate was placed on 11 Farm Gate Road for unpaid sewer fees. If the sewer charge, together with interest and costs, is not paid within 18 months after filing the lien certificate, then the lien automatically forecloses. The lien was paid in full and released on December 19, 2013. The quit claim deed and order are attached.
