Subject:	Order to present the Boston Post Cane to the oldest female citizen in Falmouth. A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes). ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary:	The Boston Post Cane, a tradition dating back to 1909, has been presented to 24 Falmouth citizens since its inception. An explanation of the current policy is attached, along with an order for its presentation to the newest female recipient, Florence Winslow McCann.
