Ordinance to amend the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance to allow staff approval of minor site improvements to commercial properties.

A public comment period will not be included with this item because a public hearing was held regarding this matter at an earlier date.

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary
On May 13 the Council approved the concept of a zoning amendment that would allow staff to approve minor site improvements to commercial properties.  The concept has been workshopped with the Planning Board.  Staff recommend a small change to the language.  Please find attached the introduction letter, the amendment language, notes regarding the MRA heaing with the Planning Board, a memo from staff and the draft ordinances.
