Subject:	Ordinance to amend the Code of Ordinances relative to parking restrictions on Mariner Lane. A public comment period will not be included with this item because a public hearing was held regarding this matter at an earlier date. ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary:	The proposed ordinance amendment will prohibit parking on the north side of Mariner Lane from the intersection of Rt. 88 to the end of the road and limit parking on the south side to parallel parking. An introduction letter and proposed amendment language are attached.
