Order to schedule a Public Hearing for two referendum questions regarding two Middle School Construction Projects in accordance with M.R.S.A 30-A § 2528 (5).

A public comment period will be included with this item. (3 minutes per person)

ACTION: Town Council action is anticipated.
Summary:
The Town Council will schedule a Public Hearing on these referendum questions for April 22, 2013.

A draft of the proposed referendum language for both questions and both Town Council Orders is attached. The Orders will be considered after the public hearing on April 22, 2013. A separate Order is attached to simply schedule the public hearing.
