Summary: |
The Town Council approved both the order and the referendum question at the April 8 Town Council meeting. The referendum question includes a treasurer statement which will be amended by this order to reflect recent approval of the Tax Increment Financing District plan amendment by the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development.
The official order, approved at the April 8 meeting, does not require amendment.
Attached are:
- a copy of the amended referendum question,
- four site plans outlining the scope of the proposed Route One South Infrastructure Plan,
- a cost estimate detailing the $11.7 MM expenditure,
- TIF amendment approval by the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development.
