Order to create an ad-hoc Zoning Committee to assist the CDC in the administrative rewrite of the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance.

A public comment period will be included with this item. (3 minutes per person)

ACTION: Town Council action is anticipated.
Summary:
The Community Development Director is recommending the creation of an ad-hoc Zoning Committee to assist the CDC and staff with the administrative rewrite of the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance and the Subdivision Ordinance.  The Council discussed this at their April 10, 2013 meeting and agreed to amend the committee make up to allow more flexibility in the membership.

  • the new proposal dated April 9 that amends the committee make up as directed by the Council
