Sharon Stark is requesting approval for a new liquor license. Ms Stark, upon approval, intends to own and operate a new Mexican restuarant with a Mayan twist. The restaurant will be located in the former Stoneyfield Cafe space.
Liquor licenses are issued by the Maine Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages. All new licenses require a public hearing and must be approved by the Town Council before being sent to Augusta.
