Order to authorize: (i) the adoption of a Flexible Benefits Plan and the execution of the plan by the Town Manager and (ii) entering into an administrative services agreement with a third party for the administration of the plan and to authorize the execution of the administrative services agreement by the Town Manager.

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.

Summary:

The Town has amended and restated its Section 125 plan to include a dependent care assistance plan and a medical reimbursement plan. In addition, the plan has been updated for healthcare reform. The Town has also contacted a third party administrator to assist the Town in administering these plans. Attachments include an Administrative Services Agreement, Flexible Benefits Plan, Medical Benefits Plan and Dependent Care Assistance Plan.
