Subject:	Ordinance to amend the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance to permit drive-thru and carry out restaurants in the Mixed Use Cluster District. ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary:	A proposed redevelopment of a parcel in the MUC District contemplates the location of a restaurant with a drive-thru. This use is currently not permitted in the district.
