Workshop on a proposed amendment to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance regarding tenant footprint limitations in SB1.

ACTION: Schedule Order.

Summary:

The Council will discuss possible changes to the amendment heard at their September 24 meeting. Staff will be presenting options to amend the proposal based on the Council discussion after the Public Hearing.

Attached documents include the letter of introduction, August 6 proposed amendment language, the September 24 slide presentation, amendment language revised October 4, comments from the Planning Board hearing October 2 and the staff memo with explanation of changes.
