The Town Council and Falmouth voters approved the reconstruction of Ledgewood Drive. As part of the reconstruction, Town staff have identified two properties that require an easement. One easement is to replace an existing drainage pipe that crosses the property. The other is to allow the construction and maintenance of the proposed sidewalk. The final step is an easement to the town to be accepted by the Town Council for the above-stated purposes.
