Staff has discovered that certain residential areas are partially zoned BP and have been treated by staff and the property owners as RA and are recommending a map amendment. This is the second amendment to correct the map to reflect the actual use and treatment of certain lots, removing the current nonconformities of use, lot size and other dimensional requirements. This boundary correction is for the area between Johnson Road and the Cumberland town line east of Route One. Please see the attached introduction letter with a map showing the current and proposed boundaries. Also attached is the letter being mailed to all the affected property owners. |
