	Please note - the Council meeting will convene at 6:00 PM at the River Point Bridge for a site walk. After the site walk, which is open to the public, the Council will return to Town Hall and continue the meeting in Council Chambers. Broadcast of the site walk on Cable TV/online will not be available.

Item 5	Order to schedule the public hearing for the referendum regarding the renovation of the Plummer-Motz/Lunt school complex, in accordance with M.R.S.A 30-A § 2528 (5), for April 25, 2011.
Item 6	Discussion regarding referendum placement on the June 14 ballot.
