Order to authorize the Town Manager to execute an easement to permit access over a sewer easement and the construction of exterior stairs at property identified on Falmouth Tax Map U16-087.

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary:
The owners of 229 Foreside Road would like to install a set of stairs so that they can access the shoreline without having to negotiate over a section of elevated sewer line. A memo from Wastewater Superintendent Pete Clark, a copy of the draft easement, a plan of the proposed stairs and the order are attached.
