Order to authorize the Town Manager to execute a purchase and sale agreement to purchase unimproved land located on Winn Road, near the Town Forest, comprising approximately 1(+/-) acre, and also referred to on Town Tax Map R06-016-G.

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary:
The Town is considering the purchase of this property because it is a significant connection between and among existing and future open space properties. Connectivity is a key goal in the Greening of Falmouth report, to facilitate both wildlife movement and trail connections. This property is the only remaining undeveloped parcel that would give us connection between existing and future Town controlled properties east and west of Winn Road.
