Subject:	Public hearing on an amendment to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance regarding the Resource Conservation Overlay District and Net Buildable Area. ACTION: No action is anticipated.
Summary	Councilor Chase introduced several amendments to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance on July 26, 2010, to reduce the amount of open space required in the Resource Conservation Overlay District, as well as a change in the calculation of Net Residential Area. Attached are a letter of introduction by Councilor Chase and the proposed ordinance language.
