Introduction by Councilor Chase of an amendement to the Coastal Waters Ordinance, Chapter 9 Article IV Section 9-94.c.3.
ACTION: Schedule public hearing.
Summary:
This amendment will prohibit dinghies, canoes, kayaks and other small craft from being placed on a mooring. This is a navigational hazard.
A letter of introduction and the amendment language are attached.
