At their January 11, 2010 meeting, the Council determined that the streets in Foreside Arbors would be accepted provided that the developer submit the following items prior to the order:
- Submittal of recordable as-builts
- Submittal of a defect guarantee in the amount of $10,000
- Submittal of payment for out-of-pocket expenses
The recordable as-builts and the draft order are attached. The defect guarantee and payment for expenses will be received prior to the Council meeting. |
