The Green Ribbon Commission on Energy & Climate Protection will be presenting a report to the Town Council on the 2007 Carbon Inventory and Climate Action Plan. Attached is a copy of the Emissions Appendix, the first portion of the final report (presented on Nov 23, 2009) and the second portion (to be reviewed at this meeting - last two attachments). The Green Ribbon Commission will present the third and final portion of its report to the Town Council at a future meeting.
