Summary:
Councilor Libby will introduce amendment to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance to address the types and numbers of temporary signs permitted for new or relocated businesses. The Council has discussed the need for expanding the use of temporary advertising signs for new and re-locating businesses. Attached is an introduction letter from Councilor Libby and the proposed language changes. Also enclosed is information on permitting banners in the public right of way.
