The Council held a public hearing on this amendment on September 22, 2008. Upon review of comments by the Town Attorney and discussion of language changes at their October 14, 2008, meeting, the Council introduced a new version of this amendment. A second public hearing was then held by the Council on November 10, 2008. A public hearing by LPAC, as required by state statute, will be held November 20, 2008.
