At multiple meetings, the Council has discussed consideration of a conditional rezoning for 234 Middle Road. This zoning idea was referred to the Community Development Committee. The CDC has met several times and previously submitted language for introduction and discussion. The introduction letter, proposed draft language and Councilor Wrobleski's initial memo are attached.
The Council has held one public hearing on this issue, in fulfullment of Charter requirements, on November 10, 2008. A public hearing by LPAC as required by state statute will be held on November 20, 2008. This order follows a final public hearing which fulfilled the requirements of the Town's Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance and the state statutes. |
