Ask VTH and Jen if we can add a fourth column to the e-agenda that would identify whether each specific agenda item will have action, order, resolution etc and which items we do not anticipate action by the Council. Also, we need to prepare orders for each action item. Orders could be imbedded within the agenda item table and we should use a standard and consistent format. |
