Order to join Metro - Greater Portland Transit District, as a full municipal member, subject to an amendment in State law, pertaining to permanent membership options with terms and conditions *acceptable* to the Town of Falmouth, and furthermore, to authorize the Town Manager to execute any and all agreements associated with an interim or transitional membership period until amendments to State laws are enacted.
(* Acceptable terms to the membership will include 1) having at least 2 representatives from the Town of Falmouth on the Metro Board and 2) Falmouth receiving JARC funding as long as JARC funding is awarded to the Falmouth Route. Such JARC funding may be prorated based on the miles the Route 7 bus travels in Falmouth.)
