Order to consider extending The Woodlands Club & Woodlands Snack Shack food service/victualer's license until a public hearing may be held at the July 28, 2008 meeting.
Summary:
The Woodlands missed the filling deadline for the renewal of their food licenses for the restaurant and snack shack. The council may vote to extend their current license from July 1 to July 28th. Food licenses expire annually on June 30th. At the July 28th meeting, a public hearing and order to approve their renewal license may be granted.  The town is not aware of any food concerns at The Woodlands.
