This new ordinance is required to support the overall Emergency Operation plan. The ordinance must be adopted prior to the formal Emergency Operation plan implementation and is required in order to receive FEMA funding/grants. A copy of the proposed amendment and introduction letter is attached/linked. This item was introduced at the Feb. 25 Council meeting, with a public hearing held in March. |
