The owner at 12 Chestnut Street has requested that the Town allow shifting the sewer easement on his property to facilitate remodeling his home. The proposed layout would more centrally locate the easement in relation to the sewer and is agreeable to the Wastewater Department as long as the owner assumes all costs associated with the change. |
