The Route One Study, completed in May 2005, was the product of the Route One Study Committee. The Committee, with Mohr & Seredin Landscape Architects, Inc., met from December 2002 through May 2005. Prior to this, the Route One Study Committee considered the "Route One North" area and concluded that the focus of future study should be the current village center and "Route One South." The Study results include a comparison of recommendations to the existing zoning, new base district recommendations and proposed zoning amendments. This study awaits finalization and adoption by the Council. |
