Councilor Payne introduced a zoning amendment at the February 12 Workshop that would separate the treatment of commercial schools from retail establishments, create a definition for commercial school and add the use to the Business Professional (BP) District with the restriction of no more than 2,000 square feet of net leaseable area. The term net leaseable area would also be defined in the ordinance.
