Agenda Item	Description
Item 1 (POSTPONED TO A DATE UNCERTAIN)	Discussion with representatives of the Falmouth Shopping Center to discuss concept planning for the developed and undeveloped portions of the property.
Item 2	Discussion relative to all proposed ordinance amendments that will be introduced at the February 25, 2008, Council meeting.
Item 3	Discussion about long-range planning projects; updating the comprehensive plan; and remaining process to develop ordinance amendments relative to natural resources.
Item 4	Discussion relative to the addition of Council appointed members to the Facilities Analysis Committee.
Item 5	Report and presentation on school consolidation efforts in Falmouth.
Item 6	Report from the Government Committee and discussion regarding proposed changes to the Council Rules.
Item 7	Review agenda for February 25, 2008.
Item 8	Discussion about the establishment of a committee that could assist the Council and staff on matters concerning the Cool Cities project, climate changes, energy efficiency, etc.
