The Town Council held a public hearing on this matter in November and a subsequent meeting in December. The Council directed the Town Manager to work with Councilors Libby and Armitage to incorporate suggestions from the Council. A copy of the Workforce Housing Committee report and two RFP options are attached. We also included a marked-up version of the first RFP option so that the Council and public can identify the changes compared to the version submitted in December. The RFP, titled Option B is a lighter version of the first option which staff will explain at the meeting. |
